How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or AliExpress Standard Shipping depending on the weight and size of the product.

Do you ship to Norway?

Yes. We provide shipping to all of Norway.

What about customs and VAT (MOMS)?

For orders under 3000 NOK, we handle VAT (MOMS) through the VOEC system. This means you pay the tax at checkout, and your package will pass through customs without additional handling fees or surprise bills upon arrival.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time varies by location.

• Order Processing: 1-3 business days.

• Fast EU Shipping: 3-7 business days (for items located in our European warehouses).

• Standard Global Shipping: 10-21 business days (for items located in our Global warehouses).

• Max delivery time – 35 business days.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
